- Engage children via a specific curriculum and the use of proper teaching methods.
- Follow health, safety, nutritional, hygiene standards and rules.
- Guide colleagues to take part in constant learning and reflective practices.
- Impart the core values of an early childhood education via classroom curriculum.
- Improve home-centre partnerships.
- Raise the level of trust and respect with children via interaction.
- Refine classroom management plans, and watch and document children's learning.
- Refine teaching and learning ways that follow curriculum frameworks.
- Review and plan own performance and behaviour.
- Show ethics and professionalism.
- Understand the learning and developmental needs of young children (birth to age 7).
- Uphold the vision, mission and values of the centre.
Requirements:
- Diploma in ECCE. Welcome fresh graduate to apply.
- Those with 1-2 years of ECCE experience are welcome
