Responsibilities:
- Handle outgoing and incoming remittances accurately and promptly, including performing necessary AML checks.
- Construct Swift Messages (MTxx)
- Ensure timely and accurate validation of client instructions.
- Conduct professional and friendly client callbacks.
- Handle various tasks such as ad-hoc fund transfers, cheques/cashier orders
- Ensure all instructions submitted by internal stakeholders are accurately processed and released within the currency cut-off times.
- Provide exemplary banking customer service and attend to enquiries from customers
- To perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time and/or participate in UAT/Projects as and when required
- The successful candidate will have opportunities to cross-train to other functions within the department and be involved in projects and system enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with at least 2 years experience in bank operation roles
- Team player with good communication and people skills
- Able to adapt to changing priorities, workload, and operational requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn fast and work independently.
