Renovation Designer and Site Coordinator

1. Design and Planning:
   • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for renovation projects.
   • Develop and present design concepts, including layout, color schemes, materials, and furnishings.
   • Create detailed design plans, 3D models, and renderings as needed.
2. Project Coordination:
   • Coordinate project timelines, budget estimates, and resource allocation with internal teams and external vendors.
   • Oversee the scheduling of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
   • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain project progress.
3. Site Management:
   • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any on-site challenges.
   • Ensure all safety protocols and building codes are followed throughout the project.
   • Coordinate site activities to minimize disruptions and ensure efficient workflow.
4. Client Relations:
   • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions and providing regular updates.
   • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring projects align with their vision and expectations.
   • Address and resolve any concerns or issues that arise during the renovation process.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in renovation design and/or project coordination.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar 3D modeling tools).
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes is preferred.
