Renovation Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Renovation Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing renovation projects, preparing quotes, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage renovation project budgets

- Conduct site visits to assess renovation requirements

- Prepare quotes and tenders for renovation projects

- Negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers

- Manage and track project expenses

- Identify and address potential issues, quoting the issue as Renovation QS Issue for prompt resolution

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

- At least 3 years of experience in renovation quantity surveying

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

- Knowledge of construction methods and materials

- Familiarity with industry software and technology
