Role Objective
We are looking for a recent graduate to work as a real estate research analyst, with the responsibility of assisting us in identifying the best real estate investment opportunities in Asia. He/ She will conduct research on Asian real estate markets, and assist in communicating with the investment team, investors relations department, investors, brokers and consultants.
This position reports directly to Director, Head of Research based in Singapore, and will also work closely with Investor Relations and Investment teams region wide. The post-holder is expected to work on a range of projects, presentations, written papers, pitchbooks, and be able to present their findings.
Job Duties
- Support the head of research in formulating real estate strategy for the REIT's balance sheet assets and fund vehicles
- Collect and prepare macroeconomic and real estate research materials as necessary
- Conduct research and analysis on Asian real estate markets, prepare presentations
- Provide analysis for pitchbooks, and support related capital raising for real estate funds
- Produce written papers on topical real estate related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor degree with major in either economics, finance, statistics, mathematics, real estate, or business
- A keen interest in real estate markets is an advantage but not essential
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication and writing skills in English
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task, a fast learner with a positive attitude
- Dynamic, flexible and teamwork player
- Must be already be able to work in Singapore
- Open to recent graduates
