Job Description

• Lead, mentor, and support the team to build a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Drive the creation of innovative formulations that align with market needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
• Enhance existing formulations to improve performance, stability, cost-efficiency, or regulatory compliance, maintaining quality standards.
• Partner with suppliers to assess and source new ingredients that meet performance and regulatory criteria.
• Conduct required testing, such as stability, packaging compatibility, and performance assessments.
• Provide technical guidance during scale-up and pilot production phases.
• Identify and resolve any formulation-related production issues to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive records, test data, and technical documentation for traceability and reproducibility.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity, innovation, and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in personal care formulation.
• Strong understanding of raw materials, and formulation techniques.
• Familiarity with GMP and regulatory guidelines.
