Brief DescriptionThe Research and Programmes (Schools) Executive will play a crucial role in driving the development, execution, and evaluation of research projects and programmes.
This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for research, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure the successful delivery of impact-driven research and programmes.
Design and deliver research projects and programmes to help clients achieve greater well-being in themselves and their organisations
- Manage, train, and upskill our pool of facilitators to deliver impact-driven research projects and programmes
Track impact of research projects and programmes- Prepare and present Impact Evaluation Report
Drive innovation to improve the quality of research projects and programmes
Bachelors Degree in any discipline, with emphasis in Psychology
- Display interest and knowledge in the science of well-being or positive psychology
At least 1 year of relevant research and programmes implementation experience

- 1st Interview (45 mins, Online) to get to know each other
2nd interview (3 hours) where you will work on mock programme delivery
