Duties & Responsibilities
. Perform bioinformatics analyses related to RNA biology.
. Assist in data processing, storage, and management.
. Apply computational tools to analyze large-scale NGS datasets.
. Contribute to the design and implementation of research protocols.
. Collaborate with team members to publish results in scientific journals.
. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, or a related field.
. Experience in RNA biology research or (epi)genomic data analysis is highly desirable.
. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
. Familiarity with (epi)genomic databases and RNA sequencing data processing tools.
. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
