Job Scope

. Complete and review work assignments, adjusting resources as needed.

. Mentor and cross-train staff using standardized training.

. Implement quality management systems and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

. Support cost, quality, and efficiency improvements.

. Coordinate calibration of laboratory equipment and maintain housekeeping standards.

. Assist with perfume compounding and material selection.

. Update compounding data in the Electronic Lab Notebook.

. Prepare for odor evaluations and manage End-to-End material handling.

. Ship compounded materials with required documentation.

. Operate and maintain the Contexa robot.

Job Requirements

. Diploma in Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

. 1-2 years of lab experience (preferred).

. Knowledge of GLP and cGMP guidelines.
