Research & Development (Pre-Development)

In this role, you will be part of highly innovative front end development team in creating new functions, improving product features and performance to meet consumer needs. Together with your team, you will strive to innovate, make continuous improvement in terms of deliverable, way of work and develop yourself.

The Impact you'll make:

• Desk research and idea generation of solutions.
• Conduct investigation of new functions / principles.
• Technical feasibility study & analysis.

The Skills and Knowledge you'll bring:

• Currently pursuing a relevant engineering discipline i.e. Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics
• Strong interest in research, design and experimentation
• Creative with ability to build things physically
• Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and team player
• Hands-on experience with small tools & equipment, working with plastics/metals, designing experiments
• Ability to work independently or in a team, positive attitude and willing to learn
• Excel data analysis.
• Able to commit fully for 6 months from January 2025 to June 2025.
