Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the entire recruitment process from sourcing of candidates, screening of resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate evaluation process
• Partner with Consultants to understand clients hiring needs
• Collaborate with colleagues on sharing of industry insights & market colours
• Ensure accuracy in maintenance of company's database

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
