JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and make amendment to reservations or cancellation of reservations.
Receive email and faxes, etc. and input the booking information into the HMS system.- Check and verify reservations for the days arrivals before putting up the expected arrival list.
Answer any enquiries pertaining to room reservations and other facilities of the hotel.
- Coordinate with Front Desk on all last-minute arrivals, especially VIP guests to enable prompt follow up.
File all correspondences in filing cabinets according to the month and date order.- Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
Possess at least a GCE N / O Level or equivalent- At least 1 year of experience in related field
Fluent in spoken and written English to handle email/guest
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hotel systems
Strong ability to work independently as well as a team player- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Work well under pressure
- May be required to work nights, weekends and public holidays
