Our successful candidate's
main duties
include:
. reservation, ad-hoc/group booking, ticketing & sales report
. After-sales tasks, e.g. schedule change, rebook, reroute, re-issue & refund
. Flight inventory monitor & control including advance booking checks, TTL checks & dummy booking screening etc.
. Respond to travel agents, private travellers and FFP members inquiries on VN's products, rules & policies by phone, email or over the counter.
Theminimum requirements for our successful candidate include:
. Completed IATA Fares & Ticketing I & II or equivalent:
. Working knowledge of major GDS & CRS systems with an advantage
. Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
. Experience in airline reservation and ticketing an asset
. Proven interpersonal and customer service skills
Require : ITE/JC/Polytechnic level and above
Working schedule : Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, half Saturday according to internal arrangement.
