Role Overview

This role will involve managing reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and providing exceptional customer service. No sales work is involved. This opportunity is perfect for those who are interested in working in the hotel industry.

Job Description:

• Handle incoming calls and reservation inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Process reservations accurately and efficiently using our reservation system.
• Promptly and politely respond to guest inquiries via phone and email.
• Keep accurate records of reservations and guest information.
• Create a positive and hospitable atmosphere for all guests.
• Comply with all company policies relating to reservations.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporeans
• Must be able to perform shifts & able to work on weekends/Public Holidays.
• Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Open-minded and eager to learn.
• Strong time management skills.
• Possesses excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior experience in a hotel environment is advantageous but optional.
