Job Scope:
- Responsible for overseeing resident care, including program development, hygiene maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
- Manage resident interview records and feedback, ensuring adherence to procedures.
- Coordinate outing events and participate in care planning.
- Communicate with colleagues regarding duty handovers according to SOPs.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline or GCE A Level holder.
- Experience in Social Service sector or Healthcare is preferred.
- Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift, weekends and Public Holidays, Mon to Sun (rotating shift 5 day a week).
Working Hours/Shifts:
- AM shift: 8am to 5pm
- PM shift: 10am to 7pm
- Day Duty shift 7am to 7pm
- Night Duty shift 7pm to 7am
