To ensure that the Contractor co-ordinates the work of various contractors.
To agree to detailed programmes of work-time chart and representation on site plans.
To check that all necessary drawings and instruction have been given to contractors and authorization obtained, in accordance with the agreed programme.
To check that materials are ordered in good time and permits obtained.
Check that all constructions works are carried out in a safe manner, and that the site is kept secure.
To watch for faulty workmanship and materials incorporated in the works and to issue instructions for rectification.
To check line and level and layout of structure during erection and that intentions of contract drawings are adhered to.
To check structural slab, beam and column sizes and reinforcements placed and that intent of design details are followed.
To keep a record of all measurements and tests and to bring plans into conformity with the work actually executed.
Requirement
Preferably with past experiences supervising long span steel structures and steel pedestrian bridges
