Resident Engineer

Condominium.

Six (6) days work week.

No overtime pay.

Responsibilites:

• Assist architect and engineer in all aspects relating to the construction of the project.
• Responsible for implementing and sustaining the site supervision quality & safety assurance system
• Understand drawings & contract documents in carrying out the works.
• Ensure that proper site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as built submissions etc., are well managed.
• Attend site progress and technical meetings with the project team to resolve site and technical issues.

Requirements:

• At least 2 year(s) of Civil work experience with strong knowledge of local construction practices.
• Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction / Structural.
• Registered RE with IES/BCA with valid certification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
