Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act, regardless whether their names are stated in the form BEV_B1
Ensure that all the civil & structural and M&E works are constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications and the Building Control Act and Regulations
Lead the RTOs to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by CAG, the project consultants, QPs and/or SRE
Supervise concreting, pavement, drainage construction works (applicable for C&S)
Carry out checks on compaction and curing of concrete (applicable for C&S)
Carry out checks on striking of formwork, re-props and removal of props (applicable for C&S)
Carry out checks on quality & erection of precast components (applicable for C&S)
Qualification:
Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience as a civil & structural engineer, of which at least 3 years shall be in supervision of works in projects similar in size and complexity in particular deep excavation and foundation, cut and cover tunnel works and building works
Possess a civil and structural engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore
