Responsibilities
1. Coordinate services, resolve site issues, and provide feedback.
2. Review contractor submissions (shop drawings, method statements, etc.).
3. Ensure emergency preparedness protocols.
4. Attend meetings (site, progress, QAQC).
5. Monitor quality, progress, and compliance.
6. Review drawings, method statements, and risk assessments.
7. Coordinate As-Built information and defect rectification.
8. Maintain daily records (tests, inspections, safety, etc.).
9. Provide safety oversight and ensure compliance.
10. Liaise with authorities.

Qualifications & Experience
1. 4+ years of experience in civil/geotechnical engineering
2. 3+ years in design/supervision of major construction projects (tunnels, excavation, foundation)
3. Recognized Civil/Structural or Geotechnical Engineering degree (PEB Singapore)
4. Accredited by JAC (IES/ACES)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works
2. Ensure compliance with statutory codes and quality control procedures
3. Manage construction administration and progress reporting
