Resident Engineer (RE-Mechanical/Electrical)

Location: Changi

Responsibilities

1. Review contractor submissions

2. Ensure emergency preparedness

3. Attend meetings (site, progress, QAQC)

4. Monitor quality, progress, and compliance

5. Review drawings, method statements, and risk assessments

6. Coordinate As-Built information

7. Monitor defects rectification

8. Maintain daily records

9. Provide safety oversight

10. Liaise with authorities

Skills

1. Technical knowledge (civil/structural engineering)

Qualifications & Experience

1. 6+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical engineering

2. 3+ years in supervision of major construction works

3. Recognized M&E Engineering degree (PEB Singapore)

2. Monitor, supervise, and inspect works

3. Ensure compliance with statutory codes and quality control
