Resident Technical Officer (Archi)

Job Description & Requirements

• Location : Mount Elizabeth hospital
• Working days: Mon to Sat 8:30 to 19:00

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minmum Diploma in civil/structural discipline or equivalent and shall be accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS
• Minimum 3 years of relevant exprience in projects similar in nature to the works
• Candidate with experience in medical and/or healthcare projects will be an advantage.
• Experience in large scale addition and alteration work at live building.
• Strong knowledge of Architectural details, working drawings and local construction practice.
• Basic knowledge of C&S and M&E drawings.
• Conversant with Singapore Statutes, Building Codes and Regulations.
• Experience in supervision of building construction, architectural and fitting out works.
• Good leadership skills, ability to manage and organise a large site staff team.
• Ability to use Autocad, Microsoft Project Programming and Management Software and related software.
