Resident Technical Officer (Architectural)

• Managing architectural projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and requirements.
• Supervising construction activities and verifying compliance with plans and regulations
• Analyzing architectural drawings and documenting any engineering modifications
• Partnering with architectural consultants to ensure project alignment
• Conducting site inspections, reviewing project samples, and performing other related tasks

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in building/architectural related studies
• Registered Resident technical officer
• Preferably understand BIM for design coordination
• At least 2 years expereince in relevant field
