Job Description

  • At least five (5) years of pertinent experience as a RTO, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in overseeing the realms of building construction, architecture, and interior fittings.
  • Hold a degree in Architecture or Building Services from a Polytechnic or similar institution
  • Recognized by both the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
  • Hold a qualification for Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry (WSHMCI). Formerly known as Supervise Construction Work for WSH (SCW) / Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course (BCSS)
  • Familiar with legal regulations for overseeing sites, ensuring quality control, managing construction, and submitting progress updates.
  • Skilled at keeping accurate and up-to-date site records on work progress.
  • Taking initiative to handle and address site problems while demonstrating strong team cooperation.
  • Required to be available for different work schedules.
