RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER - HDB BSC Stage

Main duties :

- Verify that the Contractor's defects rectification are completed satisfactorily or to the satisfaction of HDB

- monitor and track that the defects rectification meet the service standards set

- attend joint inspections with residents to better understand their requests/feedback when required.

- conduct audit checks on residents's renovation hacking of walls based on HDB approved plans to safeguard building structures

- any other duties assigned by HDB's officer in charge of BSC
