Manage and supervise major construction works in buildings, including services laying and lighting and control systems installation.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of airfield lighting systems, airfield control rooms, server rooms, battery/genset rooms, M&E equipment, switch rooms, fire protection systems, and CCTV/security systems.
Ensure compliance with Singapore standards and regulations, as well as industry best practices, throughout all construction and installation activities.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress, including budget and schedule updates, and report findings to management.
Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer in construction projects, with a focus on building services and infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and standards.
Proficiency in project management and construction supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
