Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works
  • Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants
  • Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site

Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer (M&E) is a must.
  • At least 3 years experience in the supervision of commercial/residential project
  • Has supervised precast components
  • Has an eye for details and resourceful
  • Location of the project: Yishun, site office location: Woodlands
  • Please take note on the maximum salary
