Responsibility
- Correspondence with Consultant's and client's representatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements Attending meetings (Consultant, Progress, Technical coordination and other Meeting)
- Submission of shop drawing & materials for approval within the stipulated program
- Managing consultants and clients expectations so as to control within project budget
- Supervision of sub-con to ensure works are carried out according to Work Method Statement Coordinating and monitoring sub-con work schedules according to the master and detailed work programmes
- Conducting inspections work performance by sub-contractors
- Conducting inspections and verification of delivered MEP materials
- Ensuring that updated drawings are used by all for construction
- Ensure proper document control in support of Project Manager and Quantity surveyor's submission of contractual claims
- Coordinating with the relevant trades such as Architectural and Structural and to work out the coordination drawing
- Assist in value engineering and proposal for the various submissions
- Submission of progress report
- Supervising the works of Construction Coordinators
- Project handover e.g. maintenance schedule, as built drawings, manuals, catalogue
- Assist in Tender Preparation
- Coordinating the arrangement of the testing and commissioning of M&E systems including the handover of all replacements parts, warranties, operating manuals and maintenance tools and equipment.
- Submission of MEP report to client
Requirement
. Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (recognized by PEB)
. Min 5 years work experience in construction industry
. Have solid background in MEP (technical competence)
. Knowledgeable in local building regulation
. Knowledgeable in software such as AutoCad and BIM
. Excellent Co-ordination skill
. Good Interpersonal Skills
. Good Problem solving skill
