Resident Technical Officer (M&E)

Responsibilities

• Assist Consultants/client in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site
• Ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications
• Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants
• Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer (M&E) is a must.
• Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS)
• At least 5 years experience in the supervision of commercial/residential project
• Has supervised precast components
• Has an eye for details and resourceful
• Project location: Changi East (Transport pickup at Tanah Merah MRT station)
