Resident Technical Officer (RTO-Mechnical/Electrical)

a. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least 3 years shall be in supervision of works similar in complexity, in particular major construction works in buildings, services laying and testing and

commissioning

b. Possess a Diploma in the Mechanical or Electrical discipline from a

Polytechnic or equivalent

c. Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers

d. Possess a certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry (WSHMCI). Previously Known as Supervise Construction Work for WSH (SCW)/ Building Construction Supervisor

Safety Course (BCSS)

e. Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission

of progress report

f. Competent in keeping and maintaining proper and updated site records

on progress of works

g. Pro-active in resolving and managing site issue with good team spirit h. Must be willing to work shifts.
