Resident Technical Officer Noise Barrier

The proposed personnel shall have minimum three (3) years of experience in the supervision of works similar in nature to the Works in the Civil Contract.

They shall have

experience in the supervision of segmental bridge

construction works. The proposed personnel shall have a diploma in the civil/structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) or equivalent and shall be accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS and/or registered under Structural Steel Singapore Society as a Registered Steelwork Supervisor.

The QSS shall meet the required minimum hours of work per month (Base Monthly Work Hours) which shall be computed based on the normal working hours for the week (forty-seven (47) hours a week).
