Resident Technical Officer (RTO-Civil & Structural/ Geotechnical

Location: Changi

Responsibilities

1. Monitor, supervise, and inspect works

2. Ensure quality control and compliance

3. Review drawings, specifications, and materials

4. Manage defects, progress, and records

5. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and tidiness on site

6. Implement mitigation controls from risk registers

7. Adhere to shift duty roster

Qualifications & Experience

1. 5+ years of experience in RTO role

2. 3+ years in supervision of complex construction works (tunnels, excavation, foundation)

3. Diploma in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical discipline

4. Accredited by JAC (IES/ACES)

5. WSHMCI certification (or SCW/BCSS)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise complex construction works

2. Ensure quality control and compliance

3. Maintain site records and progress reports

4. Resolve site issues with good team spirit

5. Work shifts as required
