Resident Technical Officer

Responsibilities

• Assist Consultants/client in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site
• Ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications
• Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants
• Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site
• Update daily/monthly record of defects, coordinate with contractor for rectification works and follow up with residents

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil and Structural
• Must registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer (C&S)
• At least 5 years experience in the supervision of project
• Experience in Building services centre is require
• Has supervised precast components
• Has an eye for details and resourceful
• Location of the Project: Punggol North
