Job Description
- Manage front desk duties during check-ins and handling of telephone enquiries.
- Perform escalations of complex queries or requests to Ops Manager, where necessary.
- Handle onsite requests and provide assistance during resorts operation hours.
- Coordinate with security team on special vehicles/persons entering the premises be it vendors/occupants/contractors.
- Account for damages, loss of equipment, defects after check-outs, to be recorded on electronic check-in forms.
- Communicate additional charges to occupants and escalate any appeal cases to the Ops Manager.
- Conduct regular inspection of the villas to ensure the resorts is well-maintained and up kept. To record any defects in the online villa readiness checklist and to report said defects to Integrated Facility Management (IFM) to schedule repairs and maintenance.
- Carry out all low-value office supplies stationery-ordering including printer toner.
- Handle any issues surfaced up by the housekeeping/security team/occupants in the absence of the Ops Manager.
- Assist occupants with basic troubleshooting with the handling of the equipment like refrigerators, aircon, tv or electrical appliances.

Workdays: Monday - Friday
Working hours: Staff will be rotated in 2 work schedules: 0800 am - 5.30pm and 1100 am- 8.30pm
