YOUR ROLE
You will join a team working with our suppliers to engage eligible ones in the RBA initiative. You will play a key role to make sure we are partnering with companies sharing those values.
You Will Be In Charge With a Portfolio Of Suppliers Working With ST Local Plants In Asia. With The Support Of Local EHS Managers, You Will Identify And Manage Eligible Local Suppliers All Along Their Journey To Sustainable Business
- Confirm their commitment to apply RBA code of conduct,
- Evaluate their maturity through a standard self assessment questionnaire
- Set & execute the adequate actions to increase their maturity
- Convince suppliers to pass a third-party audit
- Track audit finding, ownership and status
- Manage the suppliers journey in their Carbon and Water impact reduction
Your Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor/Master degree in corporate social responsibility or in related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite.
- Negotiating ability
- Rigorous
- Influencing (soft with the people, hard with the problem)
