Join our dynamic team in Singapore as we seek a highly experienced Operational Lead to oversee our facilities management operations across the Rest of Asia. We are dedicated to delivering excellence in soft services and corporate services, and we need a leader who shares our commitment to quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and management of soft services and corporate services across the Rest of Asia, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective service delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Monitor expenditures and implement strategies for cost savings.
Regional Operations Oversight: Coordinate and optimize facilities management operations across multiple locations in the region. Ensure seamless collaboration between teams and alignment with organizational objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, service providers, and regional teams. Act as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related inquiries and issues.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery, conduct regular reviews, and implement improvements as needed to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Crisis Management and Response: Be prepared to respond to urgent operational needs, including being on standby for weekend servicing on an as-needed basis, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Training and Development: Mentor and train team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in facilities management, particularly in soft services and corporate services.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial management within a facilities context.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including being on standby for weekend servicing.
