- Delegate daily operation work to staff and supervise their work performance
- Supervise operations staff disciplines, image and personal hygiene
- Planning and management of manpower matters
- Responsible for weekly staff duty roster and manage staff disputes
- Ensure kitchen and operations staff are informed of all work related information and instructions
- Ensure adequate supplies to operations
