Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise restaurant service staff to ensure high standards of service.
- Manage daily operations, including table arrangements, reservations, and guest seating.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely food and beverage service.
- Assist in staff training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the dining area.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in any field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
