IL Fiore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will take charge of ensuring smooth dining operations and delivering excellent service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise restaurant service staff to ensure high standards of service.
- Manage daily operations, including table arrangements, reservations, and guest seating.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely food and beverage service.
- Assist in staff training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the dining area.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in any field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
