Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and managing the front-of-house operations.
- Ensuring an outstanding dining experience by maintaining high standards of service.
- Overseeing risk management, workplace safety, hygiene, and security protocols.
- Coordinating and managing outside catering events to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Fostering a positive work environment by training, motivating, and developing team members.
- Managing inventory, budgets, and financial performance.
- Building relationships with guests to enhance customer satisfactions and loyalty.
- Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manuals.
- Implementing and managing risk management protocols.
- Crafting marketing proposals to attract and engage customers.
- Organizing and coordinating events, including wedding collaborations and special occasions.
- Managing wastage and budget efficiently to optimize resources.
