- Oversee outlet operations, ensuring health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
- Motivate staff and maintain communication between staff and management.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Manage stock inventory and report daily sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Possess Food Safety Hygiene certification.
- Singaporean/PR only, immediate availability preferred.
