Responsibilities:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Represent Morsels with warmth, hospitality, and expert knowledge of our food and wines.
- Lead and inspire our team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance.
- Take ownership of your role, continuously striving for excellence and operational efficiency.
- Work independently and proactively address any challenges that arise.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-quality dining establishment.
- Strong knowledge of wines and food pairing.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed.
