Job Responsibilities- Team Supervision: Oversee daily operations and support staff to ensure smooth service.
Customer Service:
Ensure guests receive excellent service and handle any complaints professionally.Staff Scheduling:
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during shifts.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and ingredients.
- Training Staff: Assist in training new employees and ongoing staff development.
Monitor Performance:
Support and evaluate team performance, offering guidance when needed.Cash Handling:
Oversee cash management and ensure accurate financial transactions.Problem Solving: Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently to maintain service standards.
Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a restaurant is preferred.
