Job Description:
Welcome and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanour.
Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure quality presentation.
Manage customer transactions efficiently and responsibly.
Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Provide answers to queries presented by customers regarding services and offers made available by the restaurant.
Simple cooking (proper training will be made by management).
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Perform duties like ordering, serving, clearing and setting of tables
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of F&B service experience is preferred.
Friendly, approachable and willing to learn.
Ability to work well with other team members.
Excellent communication skill in English.
Restaurant Management experience (shift management, floor management, inventory management) is advantageous but it is not a must.
