We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional guest service, and supporting our team.
Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant floor, including greeting guests, managing seating, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
- Lead and motivate a team of servers and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure exceptional guest service, resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally while exceeding expectations.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Train and develop new restaurant staff, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service.
- Monitor sales and inventory, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the restaurant is prepared for service and secured after closing.
- Maintain clear communication with the Restaurant Manager and other team members.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and hygiene regulations by the respective government agencies within Front of House.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the food and beverages industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
