Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the restaurants daily operations and ensure the highest standards of service are maintained
Supervising the display and delivery of food and drinks to the customers
Checking in with customers regarding food quality and service provided
Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently
Oversee logistics by managing inventory and ordering supplies
Lead and train staff to deliver excellent customer service
Implement and uphold strict health and safety protocols
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Available for morning shifts
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Experience in handling customer feedback and resolving issues
Familiarity with health and safety regulations within the food and beverage industry
