Were looking for a Retail Ambassador to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences in our showroom.
Job Summary:
As a Retail Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand in the showroom. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and driving sales, and ensuring the showroom is a welcoming and engaging environment for all visitors. You will play a crucial role in guiding customers through their purchase journey, from understanding their needs to helping them select the perfect mattress.
Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers as they enter the showroom and make them feel comfortable; provide personalized service and expert product knowledge; ensure the satisfaction of customers and build their loyalty through close interaction.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed on all product offerings, including benefits, features, specifications and promotions.- Subject Knowledge: Stay updated on the topic of sleep, wellness, health, fitness and sustainability.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, feedback, and complaints. Prompt follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships via phone and other communication channels.
- Sales: Active engagement with customers to understanding their needs and preferences. Recommend suitable products and close sales.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance to the management team.
_I serve my customers by providing an experiential, safe and exclusive showroom experience that allows them to easily discover our mattresses and solutions and be emotionally connected with us and the brand._
- Showroom Operation: Set up physical experience-based layouts that highlight the range of our products and services. Maintaining product displays, handle inventory movement, stock replenishment and stock count.
Showroom Maintenance: Perform daily housekeeping, ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Safety and Security: Ensure security for me and my customers (showroom, products, and data security)

- Continuous Improvement: Take initiative to improve retail operations, always maintain and uphold the brands image and service and visual merchandising standards.
Service delivery: Process and pack sales order (online and offline)- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support promotional activities and achieve showroom sales targets.
Marketing: assist in media hosting, execution of brand activities or campaigns.
- Performance of additional projects, duties and assignments as required.
Who you are:
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home goods, health and wellness or related sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
