Job Description:- Greeting customers who enter the shop and assist with customer needs and enquiries
Responsible for attending to all customers and demonstrating effective selling skills and product knowledge- Provide excellent customer service
Involve in cashiering duties
- Process sales, exchanges and refunds efficiently, accurately and quickly in all payment methods
Replenishing stocks and assisting to display on rack- Ensure sufficient stock levels and assist in stock-taking
Do basic housekeeping and other ad-hoc duties assigned by line manager
- Some heavy lifting, with products around 30kg
Motivated & Independent
- Good communication and selling skills
Preferably with some retail sales experience or related in Hardware & Machinery Industry- Ideally has some repairs experience
6 days work week
