JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with customers on TikTok by responding to comments and inquiries.
- Update Shopify inventory records for accurate product availability.
- Provide after-sales service by following up with customers, soliciting feedback, and offering promotional codes.
- Conduct daily stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Handle incoming customer calls and assist as needed.
- Provide client service support for retail network and E-commerce
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through chat (FB Messenger, Instagram, Carousell, WhatsApp, Emails) and inbound calls.
- Assist in scheduling customers jewelry repairs.
- Manage knowledge of company products, services, and general inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every client.
- Process E-commerce orders from beginning to end.
- Ability to handle complaints/feedback competently.
- Drive client satisfaction.
- Generate revenue increase by offering sound recommendations and suggestions.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects.
- Work together with operations to ensure a smooth fulfillment process.
- Prospect and promote jewelry products and services to walk-in as well as our online platforms customers.
- Attend to customers queries in-store and online stores.
- Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well-presented.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must be willing to work on weekends and Public Holiday.
