Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Supervise and motivate retail shops, and provide training for customer service.
  • Assist in day-to-day store operations. ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Liaison with internal/external relevant parties, answer calls, emails, etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc duty assigned.

Requirements:

  • Years of retail experience, with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Admin or assistant experience is a plus
  • Having a driver's license is an advantage
  • Diploma and above or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and good communication skills.
  • Discretion, adaptability, and multitasking ability.
