Job Scope:
- Supervise and motivate retail shops, and provide training for customer service.
- Assist in day-to-day store operations. ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure a positive customer experience, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Liaison with internal/external relevant parties, answer calls, emails, etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duty assigned.
Requirements:
- Years of retail experience, with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Admin or assistant experience is a plus
- Having a driver's license is an advantage
- Diploma and above or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and good communication skills.
- Discretion, adaptability, and multitasking ability.
