Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with product inquiries and purchase decisions.
- Working location at Marina Square/Takashimabit/credit card payments.ensure smooth transactions at the cash register. Including closing settlement and reporting. e.g Tidy up the shelves, displays, and racks . Dust and vacuum the displays and racks and organised sales floor and merchandise displays.
- Monitoring inventory/stock levels and restocking products as needed.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean stock room.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any complaints or concerns.
- Collaborating with other team members to meet sales goals and targets.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Promoting brand awareness, desirability, and excellence in retail sales.
- Oversee the store's day-to-day operations.
- Deliver memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledge.
- Ensure all KPI targets & expectations are delivered.
- Regularly analyze sales performance, maximizing strengths & reviewing poor performance to establish an action plan for improvement.
- Oversea visual merchandising in store as per guidelines.
- Train,Lead, motivate, maintain a positive work environment and inspire your team to succeed in store as well as support them in developing their careers.
- Uphold the store's image by enforcing SOPs, uniform policies, and grooming standards.
- Supervising and coordinating all store activities to ensure the smooth execution of operational tasks and the achievement of predetermined objectives, with a particular focus on retail operational standards, customer service, team management.

Requirements
- Primary/Secondary School/O Level in any field with at least 0-2 year working experience (No experience require, training will be provided).
- Able to work as a Team and provide good customer skills.
- Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. (OT payable)
- Customer-focused, result oriented, independent, highly motivated, and proactive. with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Team player with creative and approachable personality.
- To demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of products and their features, benefits, and usage to effectively respond to customers enquiries.
- To support store operations by providing regular updates and reporting to the Store Manager.
