Join The Tinsel Rack as an Assistant Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our dynamic fashion retail stores. We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven individual who can balance leadership with day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sales & Performance Targets: Set, track, and meet sales goals across our outlets, while motivating the team to exceed expectations. Analyze performance metrics & campaign efficiencies to strategize improvements and drive revenue growth.
Staff Supervision & Training: Lead and mentor the store team through effective training and supervision in accordance to company standards & SOPs. Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork.
Product Knowledge & Sales Strategy: Cultivate deep understanding of the product line to develop effective sales strategies. Share product insights with the team to enhance customer interactions and improve sales conversion rates.
Promotional Oversight & Debrief: Coordinate in-store promotions and events, oversee setup and execution. Conduct post-event analysis to assess effectiveness and recommend future improvements.
Operations Management: Optimize store operations to ensure efficiency and seamless service. Manage daily workflow, inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Visual Merchandising & Store Display: Implement and maintain high standards of visual merchandising. Ensure that store displays align with the brand's aesthetic and promotional themes to attract customers.
Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear and consistent communication with management, reporting on sales, staff performance, operational updates and on-the-ground feedback. Provide insights and feedback to improve store performance.
